Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I've been a huge fan of Meshell's ever since she wrote her name: Me'Shell NdegeOcello (with the accent on the second 'e') and she was kicking ass singing about if that's your boyfriend and what not. I'm also an avid collector of singles, promos, and vinyls. I just acquired her 12" promo-vinyl of "Stay" with the acapella version of that track and being a musician myself felt compelled to come up with a little remix of my own. Feel free to take a gander and let me know what you think. Her vocal is a little distorted because my record player isn't that good.
www.myspace.com/enniosmusic I play all the instruments on the remix (I even gave myself a blister playing bass on it), and the second track on my myspace player is the remix I did of Janet Jackson's "Alright" a few years ago. I hope you enjoy... |
