hey man, right back atcha... i was about to do the same...wish everyone a great new year and all...

by the way, to those that have XM radio or DirecTv (DirecTV subscribers get a bunch of XM Radio stations 'free' through their TV with certain DirecTv subscriptions...thats how i listen to XM every once in a while)

anyway...theres one XM station called "The Flow" and so far everytime i've turned to it and listened for a whle i've heard at least one meshell tune...

I've heard them play cuts from Comfort Woman, Bitter & Peace Beyond Passion... in fact the first time i ever tuned into the station they were playing "Make Me Wanna Holler" (one of my personal favorites)..i had to do a double take on that one..,you know like the first time you see someone you work with in the office out in public in an environment you're not used to seing them in-sometimes it takes a second or two to figure out who it is and how you know them-thats how it was when i heard 'Make me Wanna Holler'...i was like "wait... i'm listening to the 'radio'...but this baseline groove is not something i normally hear on the radio...but i know this groove, i love this groove...but i...why do i...wait... hey now, THIS is my girl Meshell dangit...on the RADIO???...aww hell yeah!"

anyway..it was a cool thing and the station plays some nice stuff...check it out if you can. I don't know what number to find it on on an actual XM Radio, but on DirecTV its on station number 842..

btw good luck on the Grammy Meshell ...
