Stealing an idea from the photographs of the gnome in the must see movie Amélie, I thought it might be fun to post pictures of Comfort Woman in your city. You can either post them using UBB code, or email a photograph to me and I'll host the image and post it on this thread on behalf of you.
You're a great advertiser Matt! I loved Amélie's gnomes postcards a lot and this is a great idea for a cd's launch. It spreads the product all over the world. If I were a Maverick marketing manager I'd invest a little money for your nice campaign -it's clear you can do better than them with Meshell- I know you could collect hundreds and make people be a part of it. What about a picture show? And a little award for 3 best pix? I told about it with people in my studio, we all work in communication, everybody said it was a damm good catch.
Sending you my pics as soon as I receive the cd from Amazon - can't wait no more -
Thanks as ever love people like you with good ideas
Nicky

Hey K'Trazz, I met you at the Detroit Show. I asked you if you were affiliated with freemyheart. Did you love it? My girl and I had a blast and Soulive was a very good time as well. take care DeeDee

Stone Mountain Park is conveniently located just 16 miles east of downtown Atlanta. Take exit 39B off I-285 and go east on Highway 78 to exit 8, the Stone Mountain Park Main Entrance.
(Edited to add www. to the image's address so the picture would show.)

Hey DeeDee,
I haven't forgotten you. I was planning to shout you out soon once I find time to review the show (as I'm still vibing off of it). It's extremely hard for me NOT to love a Bashir show. I'm way too biased to give an honestly critical viewpoint. That said, I took a very well respected musician friend of mine to his first Me'Shell show and he was floored, humbled and had almost no critism whatsoever. He was more impressed with her band than Soulive. I thought they both got off, but I've seen better performances from both acts.
Now borrow someones digital camera (or get a disposable) and bring Comfort Woman to Cleveland.

Hey no!! i wasn't even aware of it!! thank you for sharing Matthew!!
It's funny you know, in september 2002 i met Tracy and asked her about "Cookie..." and she wasn't aware of its release as she was in studio in June 2002 recording her own 6th album "Let It Rain". It's great to see that she knows about "Comfort Woman" and that those 2 artists appreciate each other.
Thank you again!!
