Mr Federico Gonzales Pena (Meshells longtime keyboardist co-collaborator for many many years) has uploaded some more of his beautiful music on his myspace...sublime stuff. something about his music is always so...not sure how to put it...feels very natural and alive...unforced and instinctual...it just feels 'right' and familiar the first time i hear it...whether or not he intends it too, it always seems to put me in a good space, a good state of mind...

anyway...i dig it all to death...

in his blog section he also gives a little background on how each piece of music came about, which i always find very interesting...

looks like he's in the middle of a tour playing with 'SMV' now (Stanley Clark, Marcus Miller & Victor Wooten). Right ON! Do yer thing Federico! would be great to catch one of their sets...
