I just have a short question... I was wondering if it was possible to choose an avatar other than one of the selection?

yes

click your username (far left, just above 'admirer')

from there, click 'view Michel's public profile'.

on the far right, click 'view/edit complete profile'

scroll down to 'avatar/picture url'.

click 'edit'.

click 'custom avatar'.

since you cannot upload a custom avatar, you must link to one that is already on the internet. it has to be 48x48 pixel size.

thanks matthew... but i can't find the "custom avatar" button/field...? on the left of the "avatar selection" window, I can choose between "Select this one", "no avatar" and "cancel", and on the right there's the avatar set....
either the "custom avatar" choice is sadisticly hiding from me or it's my braincells that have deserted...
?
